酿酒小記:
產區:AOC Languedoc
葡萄品種:60%Syrah;30% Grenache ; 10% Mourvedre
釀酒過程:先在受控溫度下進行長時間的果皮浸漬。這種長時間的浸漬是為了獲得最大濃度丹寧和深色的光澤。然後將葡萄酒放入不銹鋼容器中陳釀。儲槽內至少保存 12個月。.
品酒小記:
鼻子散發出強烈、優雅的香氣。口感果味濃郁,柔和多汁,豐富的油脂,略帶肥美,礦物質味濃郁,帶有果肉紅醋栗的味道,略帶脆草莓的味道,並伴有新鮮花香,單寧平衡且結構良好。搭配多汁的紅肉,其精緻口感和果味與家禽也是同樣完美的組合。
