Château Trebiac White Graves 2013
葡萄品種：95% 聖米濃，5% 白蘇維翁，平均藤齡20年。
【色澤】呈現漂亮的金黃色澤。
【香氣】迎面散發出白花、柑橘類及熱帶水果的香氣。
【口感】非常完美協調地震動味蕾。
【尾韻】悠長及平衡。
在葡萄成長時期用手工摘折多餘的葉子並且小心翼翼地去除蟲子及不良的葡萄串，保留最完美的果實。氣動式壓榨後放桶熟成。在不鏽鋼桶中進行發酵。
Winemaking :Clearing of buds and bad branches, crown desuckering. Removal of unwanted leaves by hand at the berry setting. Complete destemming. Pressing with a pneumatic press. Vinification in stainless steel vats.
Fermentation temperature: 16° C (61°F).
Ageing : 6 months in stainless steel vats, on lees.
Tasting : A beautiful pale yellow wine displaying pungent aromas of white blossom,citrus fruit and tropical fruit. In unison with this, the wonderfully vibrant palate imparts length and balance.
