Origin: Maule Valley.
Aging in oak barrels: 12 months, 80% new and 20% used French oak

Age of tree: 30 years old.

Ingredient: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon; 20% Carmenere; 10% Syrah; 5% Petit Verdot

Colour: Deep ruby red

Nose: Crepúsculo has rich flavors of strawberry, black currant and blueberry, which blend elegantly with unique breakthroughs of cedar and dark chocolate. .

Taste: When spread in the mouth, you will be amazed by its complex texture and high concentration of tannins, which ultimately leave an elegant long finish on the palate.

Food Pairing:

Beef, lamb and game, prepared and cooked by several methods such as: Grilling, stewing, skillfully combined with sauces of wine, mushrooms and rosemary. Would also be a perfect pairing with truffles, terrine duck and goat cheese.

Ideal serving temperature: 16°C – 18°C
