Domaine de la Cure 「Chenapan｣ Cru Chénas

The smallest of the Beaujolais crus is named after the oak trees that in times past covered the cru’s hillsides. The Chénas appellation has the privilege of rubbing shoulders with the famous Moulin-à-Vent.

While they do not have the same power, Chénas’ wines are full-bodied, rich and and well-structured; they are characterised by generous aromas.

The wine has a ruby colour with glints of garnet while its bouquet presents floral, woody notes; these are wines with a generous capacity to age that are soft on the palate and which – for the time being – are less well known than their prestigious brother next door.

莊主兼釀酒師Fabrice Le Glatin是薄酒萊產區(Beaujolais）的新銳釀酒師，2018年推出第一個年份，隨即引起轟動，吸引不少餐廳上門求酒。Fabrice 1e Glatin在薛納（ Chenas）以及朱里耶納 （Julienas)兩個優質村莊級( Beaujolais Cru）村莊共有2.8公頃葡萄園，釀造過程最少人工干預，不添加二氧化硫（sulfur-free），自然的風味以及幽默逗趣酒標，使療癒自然酒莊（Domaine de la Cure ）成為最熱門新秀酒莊之一
